What is included in the price?
All of our packages include the following: passed appetizers for cocktail hour, buffet-style dinner, self-service water station, high-end disposable plates and utensils, and cake cutting. The high-end disposables include: clear plastic dinner plates, silver plastic flatware, and white paper dinner napkins.
Do you provide service staff?
We provide the service staff and require a team of 5 per 100 guests. Each staff member costs $150 - $200 for the entire event. Staff will arrive 2 hours prior to the event for set up and stay until food service is complete and cleaned up. We do require two 8’ tables for the buffet and a staging area away from guest view. These are usually available through the venue, but we can provide, if needed.
Do guests need to select an entrée before the event?
Guests do not need to make an entrée selection. We prepare enough servings for each guest to have both entrée options.
What upgrades do you offer?
You may upgrade to a linen napkin in your choice of color for $1 per person. We also offer a fulll china upgrade for $3 per person. This includes I white dinner plates, stainless steel flatware, linen napkins, water goblets, and water carafes on the table. Table cloths are available for rent. Pricing depends on size.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a $500 deposit to secure the event date. This is not an additional fee and will be deducted from the final balance.
When and how do we pay the balance?
The final headcount is due 14 days before the wedding, and the final invoice must be paid by 7 days before the wedding. All payments are handled digitally via Square.
Are there additional taxes and fees?
Taxes are 9.35%. There is a service fee of 18% that covers travel costs, fuel, and any other miscellaneous fees for the event. This fee is not a gratuity.
